Facelift pole help

Hi Lads,
Got a new facelift pole today and what seems a stupid question but when you srew in the gooseneck it dos'nt line up directly with pole is this normal.i've taken off one of the two screws but the same.also where is the best place to get the bits and pieces as we have ionice poles but the parts look all different??

try putting where you want it and use the two nuts to lock it in place

cheers steve tryed that but it seems to lock only at the top of the goose . where is the best place to get the bits and pieces as we have ionice poles but the parts look all different??

as steve says, use the locking nuts.
You will need to buy a vikan/facelift thread adaptor from cleantech (6 quid). this will allow you to fit an angle adaptor & other brushes but without the facelift goosneck (most brushes will fit this thread). Use JG type pushfit fittings to make a re-connectable split in the pipe, this will allow you to easily change brushes (cleantech also sell these, couple of quid).
