Altro Floor cleaning

1. I have an old church toilet to clean it must be at least 15 years old and doesn't look as if it has been properly maintained during this time. The floor covering is a lino type with very small spikes in its surface (anti slip) I have used a slow speed rotary with a bristle brush attachment and a polish remover high alkaline. The floor is clean - but just looks naff.
Would I be better off using a dark pad or would it just shred because of the profile as explained above?
Or can anyone suggest an alternative method.
2. In the same old church is a kitchen area with some Altro type anti slip - what method would be best suited to clean this please.
Regards
Mark

Hi mark
try the black pad works for me in the kitchen try a your black pad and a degreaser you must extract, remove the dirty water then go over it with your mop and bucket use a neutral floor cleaner
i think that should do it

i would recomend a Karcher BR400 to clean it, they are fantastic. what you may find that as altro floors are a pain to clean some people, like the regular cleaner may have put a coat of polish or two on the floor to try and clean it. just try a test patch with a stripper before you do anything....might save you ages.
