Tds Help!!!
« on: June 22, 2007, 09:11:50 pm »
I have just changed RO's and i am having problems with my TDS!

I have installed a 4040 with prefilters, the tds after RO is 17 but when i put it through my DI chamber its still around 10, my resin is new so i know its not that and i have also experimented with the waste ratio to no avail!

Any tips would be great.

Matt

they need running on full flush for a good couple of hours when new...turn the waste valve fully open so all water is going to waste

is the resin tank full up as much as you can get in there,

if not it will go through the top and not pass through the resis

if its a blue resin vessel, the water is fed to the bottom of the resin via an internal pipe and then is filtered through to the outlet
