STARTING PART TIME
« on: June 20, 2007, 01:11:53 pm »
Hi i was just wondering if anyone had any helpfull input on starting part time. While it is still daylight i can finish my full time forklift job at 4 and do a few windows each day. I am planning on concentrating on bungallows as there is an abundance of them where i live and apparantly not much w/c coverage. I will have to put the cleaning off for a feww months around xmas into the new yr as it will be dark. I was planning on just repeat canvassing the same area each evening with flyers as i dont have much time to do door knocking.

door knocking is the way forward, leaflet dropping is alright but doesnt get the same amount of jobs as canvasing.

i started part time at weekends and any spare time but you have to aim to be able to doit full time when it gets dark.

you cant say sorry customer not cleaning you from nov to feb it gets dark early!
they will want e relieable window cleaner, so work your b0llocks off to get enough work b4 it gets dark early.

From my experience alot of bungallows do there own windows so that might not be were to start, but this is just from my experience.

GOOD LUCK
