Hi  All

Going to try a sample of blitz that hydramaster sent me on a trashed bedsit tomorrow . My question is how much powder do i need to use in 5 litres of water. On the tub it says 1 scoop to 1 gallon of water, How big is a scoop?

Thanks John

if you have to put a 'scoop' in a gallon then to mix 5lts shake the 'scoop' so a bit falls out ;) as a gallon is 4.5lts.

I tend to round it up and say 5lts is a gallon.

a Prochem blue scoop as comes with their powered detergent (eg; double clean) is 15gms

my tub of blitz came with a scoop. Which is bigger than the scoop that comes with hydra dri or powdered high heat.

The Blitz scoop is a BIG scoop.

It is equal to 3 of the blue prochem scoops.

So dilute 1 x Blitz Scoop or 3 x prochem blue scoops per litre of water.

If your blitz didnt come with a scoop phone hydramaster and get them to post you one.

Your post above -

Note: Blitz comes from Hydramaster - Hydramaster is in the US - the US gallon equals 3.78 litres.    Only the imperial gallon over here is equal to 4.5 litres
