[LWC]

last month i had a old couple go pretty mad cause id left the windows wet and i was far too quick and that i should be polishing them, bla bla bla

i said any problems call me and ill come back, didnt hear anything

went to them today, knocked no one in, did the other around them and they came back

cam out "excuse me, we are extremly sorry for last month, we werent very nice and we were wrong, we're so sorry. please could you do them"

i did them, the lady came out and then she started apologising too! and telling me how clean the windows were and all that

so worried about customers like this trad cleaners?? dont be

I had one like that, a loyal customer for years, took around the wfp and she went ballistic.  We left her with a leaflet about the system saying call us if it's all okay.  3 weeks later had a phone call apologizing and saying the windows looked really good and she should have listened and read our leaflet before she opened her mouth.

Doesn't happen all the time but when it does it makes you feel good.
