Flyer that might work:-

Are you looking for a good window cleaner?
I presently clean (several/dozens/scores of houses) in your road/street/neighbourhood/area
If you do not already have a window cleaner please call XXXXXXX on XXXXXXXXX for your no obligation quotation
Name and Address (or I live locally)
Fully Insured (if true)

Flyer that might not work:-
One built by Fatbird Wingless Aircraft Company ;D
It's a game of three halves!
