concrete imprinted drive

hi all
i've not had much to do with this kind of drive as yet. i've been asked to clean it which is straight forward. but the drive is only 6month old and alot of the surface is lifting and flaking off. the customer has tried taking the bloke who laid it to the small claims court for bad work man ship. but she has give up.
can it be repaired? before resealed

Sounds like the fitters didn't was the release agent off the surface properly before they sealed it, so the top surface is coming away. Problem is how much more is going to come away during the next few months. Also even a light fsc clean (thats all you should do on pic anyway as you will wash the surface resin away) will lift more surface thats on top of unremoved release agent.
Personally I'd keep well away

thats what i was thinking. even using very low pressure could cause problems. allthough she's very adament she wants it cleaning. it's also sunk in one spot so when it rain's the water runs into her flower bed then back onto the drive and lies in the sunken area. so she has a mud bath at times

I dont like turning work away,
but in this case i would treat it like the plague! if shes tried court once then who knows, she might pull that stunt on you. it would be hard to defend against and your insurance prob wouldent want too know.
if you have to do it, get something signed and photos b4 you start.
but i wouldent!
