I have no idea but why dont you give Altec a bell.  I would advise to use a good vinyl flooring, capped and coved up the sides.  The grass stuff just wouldnt stand up to the evryday abuse.  Best, Dave.

The Tate would pay a fortune for the second picture as a display of abstract modern art.  ;D

Liahona-(Dave) I know there isnt a lot of spare room on a sliding door but am curious as to why you havent insulated that as well?

Damian. By the time I was finished it was also insulated.  I was waiting to wire a central looking system in the sliding door.  Once it was wired I then did the door as per the rest of the van.  The back doors are also insulated and panelled too.  Best, Dave.

great lookin van dave

know this is a bit of topic but also just had a peek at your website
nice and well wrote, seen lots of sites and when someone is wanting higher prices they seem to slate low price cleaning which i feel sometimes can work the other way and customer wondering if you are just saying it to get job ect,
but your site blunt straight to point and more about what you can do for customer and not the mess someone else could leave them in well done darren

Thank you Darrenlee.  A lot of cleaners dont like the way it is written and set up but it works for me.  It was commented on that it would scare a lot of people away and not want my services.

Good that was the whole idea of the way it is.

I was also slated with the way it was written and that I should have had a "proper" company write it.  With me writing it though it is as I would say things anyway.

Again, it works for me and it is being looked at by people that I want to see it.  I dont care about the looky loos, thats what leaflets and yellow pages are for.  I know they both work its just I dont want the clients that come from that type of advertising.

Best, Dave.

Dave

Is it alto flooring? Not the best to clean!

Keep clear of any weighbridges, unless you have the van for it, twin rear wheels. ;D

Bit envious mine look like that from new, now needs a referb am trying to bring it back as new ;D but then am a realist.  :-X

Len, yes it is Altro and yes it is heavy.  Once it was all done with everything that I carry I was about perfect for weight.

If I carry water then I have to make sure I leave something else off to compensate.

But I do keep clear of weigh bridges, just in case.

Best, Dave.

P.S. Its not full safety floor so it doesnt have the granules that make it difficult to clean.  I just wipe it down and its a close to good as new as it needs to be.

At the end of the day its only the designers I deal with and myself that sees the floor anyway............

Talking of floor covering..went to a place today and they were selling "stable mats" for (I think) £30.

Basically, it was a 6'x4' sheet of black rubber, about 1/4" thick, very heavy duty and looked ideal for covering the floor of a van.

Being rubber it'd also protect anything that happened to fall on it.
