I just brush the cills the same as the frames. Works for me.

dont go by the bottom sills as the customer will more than likely keep these clean.
WFP is useless at cleaning upstairs sills correctly unless they are brand new or you have done a thorough first clean by hand.
If you get a chance, go inside and have a look...you will be very disappointed...most times
