Hi Marcus,

I have got your order via email and was going to sort it out for you first thing tomorrow when I'm in the office - I'll give you a call as soon as the parts are in and we can sort out payment.  The supplier we order those items from usually does next day delivery so shouldn't be more than a day or two.

Regards

Kirsty  :)

This is the reason I've never bought from Gardiners. I've tried 3 or 4 times to phone re products and have never managed to get anyone to talk to there and then. When I phone between 9 and 5 I would expect to get a person to speak to instead of an answerphone.

the 40' glass fibre pole is under the heading "Glass fibre Extender & Universal  poles" on their website  ::)

Hi Chris

We have never sold a 40ft pole, we sold a 39ft pole, but we have replaced this with a 36ft pole which is slightly more compact. This is the pole you can see on the website. Some websites market this as a 39ft pole but that would be a working height not an actual height.

For anything over 36ft you would really need a Carbon Fibre option to prevent injury.
