As i wrote on here once before my comments were taken off aswell.

I had my T/M fitted 15 months ago ive done over a 1000 hrs on it with one fan belt snapping and a pressure water boosting kit being damaged by myself, a thermostat has just been replaced, woodbridge sent it down free of charge (even thou im out of warranty).

When i had my T/M fitted in Jan 06 the finance company messed up with payment and were not back to work untill the next day.  This could have been very embarassing for myself but Woodbridge were very understanding and let me drive off home to the S/West with £13,000 + of their equipment in my van and unpaid for.

Would you let someone drive off with £13,000 + of your money only meeting them once before. (I DONT THINK SO)

I hope your Prochem is reliable as my Woodbridge has been so far with the hours used, I dont mean to be biast but i find it difficult to understand when people slag of Woodbridge constantly after i have had such a good service from them. As for Altec i have 2 proffessional plus and a millennium altec which were ok in their time but i have to say im glad i didnt buy their Steamway because they have dropped it and their customers too, as they are unable to get the parts for the machine now, So the service they supply is not that good afterall, ask the people with Steamway T/M's.

hi all.

i understand if things go wrong you need it fixed straight away, who wouldnt.
we are very busy at the mo and it's not what you guys want to hear but unfortunatly we cant always drop other repairs to fit yours in, how would you feel if you had to wait for yours to be done and you found out we stopped repairing it to do someone elses.

we are however trying to get the balance right which is not easy and we do try to sort out problems as quick as we can.
as far as the original poster goes, maybe there was a mix up with your machine im not sure but i do know that at the time of your prochem fitting we had your truckmount here ready to go but you cancelled the order,  im not slagging anyone off im just getting across what i know of the incident.

good luck this year guys

Hi,

As one of the origional complainers about woodbridge, i must say that they have got thier act together recently.  Maybe they were busier than usual?  Maybe they had a few staff probs?

Alas, with the way they have sorted out our probs over recent weeks, im happy to report thay it seems they are on the mend.  It took them a while, but at least they got it sorted.

In this regard, I withdraw my moan about them.

Thanks Woodbridge (even if it was a bit on the late side)

If woodbridge have an Achilles Heel it's there customer service.

It's not the fact that they don't want to help but more of the fact that they have no real system in place for dealing with orders and ordering, some may say a victim of their own success.

I can remember Hydramster being a bit like that years ago but they have brilliant service now arguably the best but it only takes some internal organisation (ooer) and then you'll even have a complaints procedure in writting a black little folder tooked away somewhere!! :o

If I were working for Woodbridge I'd be thinking - we need to change this and this, not - they are having a knock again or perhaps we had another bad day, these things are coming about because you need a new system or a different order.
