kithen canopy filter cleaning

thinking of cleaning kitchen canopy filters the service will be to supply filters (which will remain my property) and to pick up and replace each month  for this i am thinking of charging £10 per filter + an agreed hire of filter price but am unsure whether this is the best way to charge also need advice on advertising this service and getting clients i would also require a 12 month contract which would state that if they stopped using me within 12 months they would have to buy the filters and pay a £100 charge or could cancel after 12months but filters would remain my property does this sound fair for both parties and have you any advice

would it not be better to clean filters on site ? less cost more profits. we do this commercial or domestic. commercial clients we send out general letters offering services ,and refferials.
