No contracts for you, but have an idea, that you may be able to use, contact the flooring supply companies in and around your area, and try to convince them that any time they make a sale, to let you know, in return you could offer them a percentage of any future business or explain that you would return the favour if you come across a floor that needs major repair or replacement, dead easy and very simple.
Also liked the look of your site, but noticed the spelling mistakes.
