how do I put a picture into my account Picture text section
like al u lot have do i have to set up new account.

Hi Lee
Go to  profile (next to calander) this will take you to your profile stats. look down the left columb until you see Modify profile, there is a line in there called forum profile information, click on that, and this will take you to the section were you add your picture.
Word of warning the avatar size can be no more than 79x79 pixels from your pc. if you have something like photo bucket you can download it from there.
