Terry,

Is the Fed in contact with all, or most, of the WFP manufacturers? Why not get together and ask them to add on an extra £50 to the cost of a system and incorporate a Fed membership in with the price?

So what happend to freedom of choice? I may want a wfp but I dont want to join the fed.
If you try to force it on me I will just take my custom elsewhere!!

;)makes you wonder somtimes, what was all this posting
was about in the first time ??? ;)the masters of life will always prevail but then ,someone has always will show the way,the moral of this post,

someone can tell you,but when you have already walked that path, then they have told you nothing, then we listen some more, young ideas are always welcome,
the path is long
no amount of money can make you do what you do,
its in you what you do,and passion that drives you,
thats why we are all here for what we are,
our own destiny awaits

us all

god bless be happy!

I am all in favour of a National Federation, however I have had some small problems as follows...I drove 100+ miles to buy some equipment totaling over £120 and to join the fed. However to join the fed is not a simple matter, in fact it felt as though I was being discouraged as follows..."Hi can I join please?"  (don't look at my grammar)
FED "Have you got insurance?"
ME "No i'll take yours"
FED "That will be £170" or something close to that. I then offered the visa card and got the plumbers whistle..
NO  NO not today you can't join & pay the insurance on credit card.
Anyone know why not? This is 2004..It got worse...    Can I buy the equipment then?..

FED  It's 10% surcharge for non members.  I then asked if I could pay the 10% and have the surcharge refunded if I joined within say 5 days and was told no.

So here I was lots of plastic etc driven 100 miles couldn't join and had to pay a premium on my equipment
I felt a bit put off and left without anything. total loss to the Fed  £300+

WHY?

No further response from The Fed regarding spelling and grammar in WT.

Maybe they dont think its an issue worthy of their attention.
