WHATS ALL THIS ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO CLEAN UPSTAIRS WINDOWS ON A LADDER,WHAT IS THIS COUNTRY DOING TO US ? ??? WHAT EVER THEY DO IT WONT STOP ME.

so does that mean every one who needs a ladder to do any kind of work can no longer go up it ?ifso theres no longer any need for ladders.and also how are they going to police it ? ??? do they want more people on the dole or what.
