rich, did you get the little connectors for the water pipe on your facelift?
i'm glad to see on another thread that you like the pole (i still can't get over just how good they are).
i had mine at full stretch yesterday (44ft) and it all worked perfect. the wee connector doesn't get snagged in the pole at all.then back to normal (24ft), reduce pipe length, spot on every time.

i do find that i have to use a thin small spanner as a release tool though as the fittings are a bit small for mi fat fingers!, and make the hole in the base section rubber a wee bit bigger to allow the hozelok tail end through easier. ;)

Hi Mac mac mac mac , sorry been on the juice again !  ;D

What do you mean when you say about the connectors ?
Do you split your pole down ?

I did think of this but my pole selection now consists of ........
2x3' extender
3x6' extender
4x6' universal
6x6' universal

And of course my pride pole the 44' facelift !

I dont think i have the need to break the pole down at the moment !

with a range of poles like that mate - you don't ;D

i split mine down as i only use the full 44ft a couple of times a month, the rest it's at 24ft, so you see why i dont want all the excess wfp pipe trailing behind.

great pole though innit, i still feel like a kid with a new toy, specially after struggling with a 40ft glass pole for 3 years ;D

I see you guys have the big facelift pole :'(

I only have the 18ft one and I think it's the bees knees!!!

It's a shame they come with pencil jets! I like the fans myself.

Do you notice that when you pull the pole down on the glass the dirty water runs out the back of the brush and doesn't go back on the glass ;)

I have droped my pole several times and it's still in one piece! Solid pole :)

i think its the beez neez too, i demount mine and use it at 24/18 all the time, but i know what you mean with the pencil jets, i'v always used fan jets (thats just what my previous brushes came with) but i have to say i'm getting to like the pencils the more i use them. ;)
