Which forum?
« on: June 21, 2004, 11:47:23 pm »
So far, in three intensive days, I have come across at least THREE forums essentially covering the areas of cleaning that interest us most.

But now I am losing track of what I posted where!  It doesn't help that I am now registered everywhere alse, and so are all the other well-known names I have seen.

Now, I don't want to miss out on this, as there's some fantastic advice, I sincerely appreciate this rich seam of information, BUT...

Isn't it time one forum stood head and shoulders above the rest?  I've got so many windows open on my pc, I can hardly control them!

You can now flame me.  (I'm wearing asbestos underpants tonight.
:-/

And, oh, I'm only posting this message in this forum, not the others, as it was the first I found, not because I think it's the 'best'.

Well, I'm just trying to get up to speed on stuff, and it's difficult keeping track.  I found one earlier by someone I won't mention that looked to be an excercise in timewasting!  My time!

I like this one, and the one with Peter wotsit on it.  I can handle two forums, three is tough.  That's a shame, as like I said, there's some brilliant posters out there.

It’s easy really,
What you have to do is open as many browsers as it takes to put all forums on your taskbar at once, pour a large glass of what ever takes you fancy (mines a red wine or a cold beer on hot nights if your buying) shut the door and exclude the rest of the family for hours at a time and read as much as possible. Every now and them post a little gem of wisdom to remind yourself (and others) that your still there.
Don’t worry about the ridicule you get from the family you will get used to it, just tell them its for there benefit in the long term!
When it all becomes a blur and you haven’t a clue who you are, what you said, or why you said it then it will all begin to make sense!!  ;D

Cheers Neil

I'm getting nailed (thanks David Blunkett) over on one of the 'other forums' for being a 'pedant'.

He he...

I'm here to learn - this is my college course that money can't buy, but it's highly valued.

Soon I'm gonna make the break, buy the van, get the wfp and power washer, and sell myself all ove this district and make it work.

I couldn't do it without these forums.
