I've just been thrown off their forum for criticising one of there products, the product in question was Solutions No2 for carpet and upholstery.
I raised various points at the end of a topic about M Power where all the reply's for this product were very good as expected :
. I criticised the effectiveness of Solution No2, and let it be known that I lost some valuable customers after my year of experimenting with this product.
I went on to criticise Nick on the way that he dealt with me when I had 25 Litres of Number 2 up for grabs on the for sale section of his site, this product wasn't for sale it was available for someone to take it off my hands!
Within 10 Seconds of me putting the N02 up for offers on his forum I had a call form Nick asking me why and how I didn't like the product and was it possible he could remove the post as it could be potentially damaging for his business.
He said Sue would call me on Monday to arrange collection of this unwanted product and would refund me in full, very fair I though, what a reasonable man.
1 Year on and that phone call never came and ultimately the 25 Litres of No 2 went down the drain!!
If Solution run a forum they should expect criticism and questions from time to time and be adult enough to deal with it in a professional manor and not cover up or ban people who beg to differ with the usual "I stood there for half a day, my eyes could not believe the results, what an amazing product" :
In a nut shell Nick - you run a successful company with many 000s of happy customers, you will be around for a long time if not forever.
I wont be part of your success nor am I one of your happy customers.
