Tar and chewing gum remouval,....this is dealt with by using a solvent of some nature, i find chemspec pog very good on tar, and rid a gum is great with chewing gum, both do what they say on the bottle,so the size/type of machine, don't really play a part here

Its never a pass of the wand, just a master stroke.

Fred i think the guy you need to talk to is Gary-cleaning co. Good all round kid with a vast knowledge on the ninja! I have the steammate and its a great bit o kit and is superb with my ninja! ;D But i fail to see why you want just one vac motor? ???

Sorry
Dont think i explained my self very well. It has 1x3 heavy duty motor
and a 1x3 standard vaccum motor it says it will produce 230 inches of water lift.
Does that sound rite.

Closer

I have the Ninja and the steamer wand, which as mentioned above, is not the sole means of gum removal.

It lacks the pressure to break up gum, as well as a steam gun and you still need the solvent to soften it.

The two motors are three stage, of equal power.

hi fred, yes a very good machine which is powerfull enough to be van mounted, these machines are custom made to the users spec and hav loads of options, they do hav heavy duty 3 stage vacs but with a 400psi pump motor u can only hav one heavy duty and one standerd 3 stage as the power draw is to high but they do an add on 3 stage vac which connects to the exhaust of machine and has its own power lead ,they make big claims about this 3rd vacs increase on suck but havnt seen one in use so cant comment
the v2 3000w heaters are a god send for carpet cleaners and work very well but no machine will clean up chewing gum alone no matter how powerfull or hot u will need chems and sweat for this ! ashbys make a special chewing gum wand for use wiith the v2 heater but i very much doubt it works , if they are selling u machine saying it will cut through chewing gum with ease ,and thats what u want machine for , walk away !!
