truckmount insurance

Hi all,

It's just occured to me today the i've insured me new van but forgot all about the t/m, can i normally get this covered on my van insurance, currently with Norwhich Union or do i need to take a seperate cover out?

Comments appreciated ( nice ones only pleae ;D)

I would contact your insurance company and explain. They may cover it ok, however they may class it as an added risk.
Failing that McGregor lloyd offer truckmount cover 0121 7060616

have just phoned them and they won't touch it with a barge pole, say it's been modified ::)

so will have to try elsewhere now :(

I found that the National Farmers Union gave me the best price. Vauxhall Vivaro and truckmount. total combined value of £18000 = £450

McGregor lloyd where £500 this year for me and the van along is £19500 alone plus truckmount and such and it's not garaged.
