How much to charge?

Went to view this today? Customer very awkward too wants all paint off.She is not paying it is the plasterers but they are disputing the paint marks as they only did the plastering ::)

these type of lobs give me the shivers,i tend to walk away from them, the cust is the type that is lways looking to blame someone for somthing, and not interested in being part of that loop

Hi

On that basis, I would charge normal price + 25%.

Some people would want to use a waver, personally I have never used one.

I wouldn't guarantee removing the paint.

The plaster I wouldnt think would be a problem but would take a lot of time to remove fully (clean anything with plaster on it and as it dries it hazes back up), looks like youve got some paint drips on stitched recesses there though, could well be a bugger, Andy

Ps, It does lead to one question, who would leave a suite in a room (covered or not) while its plastered and painted?

piece of cake.
Its pigmented leather so most will clean off.The paint should come off with Bens stain remover.
Give it good aggitation on the clean.
If that fails just remove top coat reapply top coat,or remove top coat and give a light pigment then apply finish.
If it is one chair I would charge £125 for the honour.
