all i use is....conservatory ladder....a 4 ft pole extends to 8ft which i connect to an outside tap....pump sprayer with a non caustic tfr mixture, sponge...pvcu cream cleaner....and pure water for the glass.
1st, spray the roof with the tfr, allow bout 5 mins while you set your ladder up etc then clean with tap water.
Once the roof and finials are cleaned, the end caps will clean with just a wipe of a sponge as the water and tfr has run down over them and loosened all the grime up.
With a sponge, use a cream cleaner and wipe all the pvcu, gutters, between the gutters and frames.
With the pole i use for the roof, i then wash off the cream and grime, then hose down after.
All this with loads of elbow grease will give you perfect results every time.
I havent got any pics at the mo, but hoping to have some real good ones soon, as i want to put before and after pics on the back of my van!
When ever i get a call for a roof clean, i go and quote and always get a full clean, there for i never quote under £100!!
Hope this helps
