Nah, sorry mate.
I was just messing about because I don't rate wfp. :-[

I'm sure it's ok.
If it squirts water and has a brush on it, that'll do won't it?

Pj, I don't get that. ???

You were trashing his wfp idea, Squeaky.  So the picture was a suggestion of where to go for your stuff. ;D

Anyway, Crystal, there is some good stuff there:  The pump if it's ok, the di cylinder and tank with secure connections.  If the brush & pole are genuine Tucker you can replace all the parts.  I've just got their catalogue, really good quality poles & brushes.

But at 2 years old, I'd put in a bid but probably not worth very much more than £300
if even worth that!
You can buy all that stuff new for that price by hunting around.  Maybe not such good quality, thats all.  but if just starting up go cheaper.

the parts are worth more than 300 quid

DI cylinder must be worth 100 quid
pump - 80 quid
pole and brush - 100 plus
water tank - 100 plus

e.mail me for the DIY link, a complete system for under 500 quid, you need to connect a few connections and do a bit of buying of the bits, but it'll all be new and sparlking ;)

Looking at the words of the ad it may have been one that was pulled for using the words "reach & wash".  Pretty ironic really because in one of his replies, he states that he is selling it because he bought a thermopure system - a system that is made by Ionics.  OK so Ionics are technically correct but I'm not so sure it's a good idea having your own customers' ads pulled.

It looks good at that price, but it might not be such a bargain when it has finished.   Come on guys lets have a guess on what it will end up at.......... I reckon about £750.00

It's not a 45ft tucker but a 28ft OTT (old Ionic) pole. They've not been in production for at least 3 years!

Hose reel is not good, you will need to budget for a new one.

Pumps have a lifespan. Allow a £120 for a new one.

Are you in a hard water area?

You get what you pay for.

If you pay over the odds then all you have lost is few quid.

If you buy a useless bit of kit you have lost the lot.

steve - that is the most sensible post I've seen in a while, too many are so preoccupied with saving money they lose more in repairs and upgrades.

At £300 its reasonable, I wouldn't go much over that though, so the short and long of it is go for it.

Thats still a good price for the amount of equipment your getting, if its what your after and you can afford it then wait for the last 25 seconds and place your bid, if you win it theres one thing i will guarantee you and that is, it wont take you very long to earn your money back with it.
