here is the challenge.
posh hotel built in 1866 & windows are cleaned every 6 to 8 weeks
they use ladders :
they used wfp once but it left streaks and spots becasue the building & frames are sandstone in fact it was so bad they refused to pay the w/c becasue people pay well over £700 per night to stay here
so they went back to ladders... (hold on squeeky before you think the story is over)
however some places are 40+ ft high and the ladders rest on flagstones (more slippery than an eel)
so maybe its not very safe... but it is cheap!
has anyone got experience with sandstone and the best way to clean the windows?
is this just a case of bad rising or is sandstone really a pain?
