Applications are invited from suitably experienced service providers wishing to be considered for inclusion on a list of contractors invited to tender for the provision of window cleaning services for Leicester City Council. This contract involves approximately 180 properties arranged into four Post Code areas within Leicester City. These properties cover a very wide range of buildings including two multi storey office blocks (9 floors and 16 floors), normal office blocks (up to 6 floors), listed buildings, housing, hostels, leisure centres, shop units and detached/semi-detached houses. The contract is for 3 years within an option to extend for a further +1 +1 years by negotiation. The contract commencement date is 1.4.2007.
