« on: October 08, 2006, 05:40:42 pm »
This is a question for all you trolly users.

What is a return to barrel valve......Well i can guess what it is but how would you go about making one.

I have shureflow 75psi pump and 1 25 litre barrel lasts 8 minutes so i need to turn the flow down a little but am too tight to buy a varistream !!

Put a " T " joint off the pump outlet send some of the supply back to the tank and the other to the pole. A tap on both sides gives you infinite control ( I put my hose tap on the top of the brush to adjust the supply on the job). Remember though that the water sucking  into the pump should approximately equal the water going out so using the tank return allows this to happen.

Mine might confuse you, I used 2 micro bore pipes on the return to equal the suck pipe.Click on thumbnail pic
