Have been searching the t'internet tonight for new housing development builder's clean quotes. Most seem to show 3 or 4 cleans:
1. initial full builder's clean inside and out
2. A further reclean at some time inside and out
3. A final " sparkle clean" 24 hours before new owners move in inside and out
Some even have a second reclean inside and out
Some prices ive found are as much as £10000 - £13000 for 25 new houses having 4 cleans ( a total of 8 including inside and out)
Are quotes like this normal and regularly accepted by house builders
