Hey
I charge a minimun of £50.00 for a small 2 bed house.
Then the price goes up from there.

I try to work out how long it would take me and then charge £30 per hour for gutter cleans.

I priced one today and also sold them the fascia clean as well, as im already up there may as well have it done, 4 bed semi front and back £60 get in!!!

Also got another one for tomorrow (same type of house) with their window clean £68 for every thing
Gutter clean and fascia cleaning are good ways to bring in the extra £££££'s

Normally i charge at least £15 per side for a gutter clean if its just front or back on its own i go in at £20.

Deffo mention fascia clean if its the plastic type, sell it that it will get even more dirty from you removing the crud from gutter and some bits may accidently get wipped when you wipe the gutter outside and look odd as the rest will be dirty ;D

Oooooo that is shiny!!

Did 1 today. £45 quid for the gutters then £10 for the windows ontop.
Using my pole it took just over an hour and they looked like new.
Veni, vidi, vino, splatus.

hey
If you lived near me i could give you a few to do.
I am just to busy on the windows and hate letting customers down.
I am even turning window cleaning work down as well.
