wool carpet

hi folks im cleaning a wool carpet on monday usually i use one step agitate and acid rinse but results never seem to be that good what would you folks use many thanks

You dont say what type of wool, is it all wool or a wool mix. do you know what the backing is? Are you using portable or tm?

need to be aware of shrinkage. have you considered dry compound (host or similar)?
