What type of work would you steer clear off using this system?

I was under the impression rotating brushes, were a no go area on wool carpets, can see it now! Dear customer clean agents approved method of doing not recommend by manufacture.

arthur suprised at your last comment as if you look through back posts you will see plenty said on the subject and you will find even on the replies to this post covers enough . peolple who dry clean may feel its been said. why not do what mosy people do which is what i did and buy sponges from several sources and choose the one that suits you . again its horses for courses as with any chemical. the host sponges are supposed to be the best but then are much more expensive than   environdri and amtech. you cant expect everyone here to do the research for you all the time arthur [ no offence]

Rotating brushes are fine for wool carpets if you're using the correct ones. The only work I stay away from is Sisal and curry houses! Funnily enough, Host is recommended for Sisal but I think it's a crap floor covering with not too good results. Why pay thousands to grow grass indoors! Curry houses - because they always want the cheapest and that's not me!

I have had my Host Liberator for almost a year now. I am verry pleased with it. I only use Host Sponges. It made a good job of this "engine oil"

I've done all of the above and i don't EXPECT anyone to do anything for me.

Oh and if it's all the same to you, i'd appreciate not being told off like some child.
