Just done my first 3 piece suite clean today and was pleased with the results. Followed advice from various posts in this forum so thanks to all.
Used one step as a pre-spray with the same mixed with warm water in one bucket and another bucket for rinsing out. Then extracted with fabric safe in the tank. Job done. Produced good results.

Faux suede can be easy sometimes - looks like you got good results so well done.

Just my opinion, it might be an idea to get rid of tram lines when damp (using terry toweling) just in case you can still see them after its dried. Do this on every fabric and there wont be a problem  ;)

Give him a break, it's his first one - I doubt it will take as long when, like you, he's been at it 8 years.  ;)

Hi,

not heard of using one step in buckets before ?

Do you mean you cleaned with a sponge?

I think most people just spray on the pre -spray, scrub the fabric and then rinse out with the HWE machine.

But great results anyway  :)

5 hours all in.......travelling included. Although it was only 20 travelling each way. And thank you Dennis, yes it was my first and I did take my time and make sure it was done right.

Yes Chris, diluted one step in a bucket of warm water, rubbing down with a clean towel. Customer seemed happy when they see the white cloth go a muddy colour. Used a fine mist of pre-spray as well but heavier in dirtier areas. Then rinsed with HWE.
