RE-Window Cleaning Quotation
Dear xxxx,
I am writing with reference to our discussion today regarding a quotation for the window cleaning contract at your premises.
The price will be £xxxxx per monthly visit, which will include all interior and exterior windows. The exterior windows will be cleaned with a water fed pole. The interior windows will be cleaned manually; using ladders complete with a ladder stabilising device, which is highly recommended by the Health & Safety Executive when cleaning high level windows.
I must take this opportunity to inform you that I am fully insured, and a member of the Federation of Window Cleaners, which is a government recognised trade association.
I have also enclosed a risk assessment and method statement for your perusal.
