Don't see why not. Lots of posters do it.
They're eeeting the dogs.
They're eeeting the cats.
They're eeeting the pets,
of the people who live there.

I have the domain name "reliable windy cleaner.com" and in the future may run with that. With SCS I have had calls about allsorts of cleaning relating to house cleaning. If I could start again then I would go with Glenburn window cleaning to gain customers where I live. Can you imagine having a round outside your front door? Now that's business sense.

I don't even think that the name of the company matter at all. There is a mad shortage of window cleaners everywhere and as long as you do a good first impression, people will call again. I would highly recommend anyone to stick with one or two areas instead of covering the whole city.

One or two areas are great but what happens when a few undesirables begin to buy up the area? You get forced to sell out or your van seems to go on fire. There's a patch up here that no one has now but one good thing is they bumped up the prices. Seems like the old times are coming back around, up here anyway.

I’m sure you will find undesirables everywhere, but who am I to judge.
The patch you refer to, where is it, 1956? I’m not sure of the whole of the industry but I thought patches died when we stopped carrying ladders on pushbikes or leaving them in a trusted customer’s yard.
If this  ‘patch’ is available why don’t you canvass it.?

Why would you want to advertise to other window cleaners? Not sure it would bring in much work🤔

By using my companies name I met alot of windies who were on the forum and seen my van. Ended up talking to them and swapping some customers. Its called networking and good for business. Yesterday I gave up at noon because the rain was coming. Finished what I was meant to do this morning and picked up a neighbour of where I was cleaning because they saw me. I'm going to focus on getting a new van, it seems our best asset. Changing my name to "Reliable windy cleaner.com, new bigger cards that mention DD payment method, and new van design, just need to save up.
