Gutter Vac Filters
« on: September 23, 2024, 03:35:39 pm »
My Vac filter costs over £60 and I see ones the same size on Ebay for a tenner. Ordered a few to see if they fit or if I can make then fit. If anybody has done something similar then let us know. I will give an update when they arrive from Germany.

Never use the filters, takes away too much power!

Might need to cut a hole in the bottom so one can screw it back on. If they fit then you can buy 10 for £70.

Same size only difference is the plastic bottom. Maybe it comes off, anyway I will get to the bottom of it when they arrive. 😉

Update:- Received the two filters today. Nearly the same bar the plastic bottom. Will need to cut the plastic away to make it fit. Ordered another 10 from Germany for less than £70 and that includes postage, its a no brainer.

Cut the plastic around the bottom and fitted it on my vac last night and exact fit. Got a Vac job on today so will see how well it goes but from £60 to £7 means its a no brainer. I have the Industrial Spinaclean Vac.

Got another 10 filters arriving today from Germany. Seems a bit bizarre how they can sell them at that price including delivery.
