Another Add-on for the birds
« on: September 25, 2024, 06:21:08 pm »
Getting asked quite alot to replace wood that the Jackdaws have managed to pull off at the corner of the eves. Did one today when I was also asked to clear out the gutters. The customer had the triangle piece of wood and I just put a bit of glasswool in the void and screw the wood back on. An easy £50 if anyone is interested in this type of work. All you need is a battery drill, 3mm drill bit and some 50mm screws and you don't even need to put glasswool in.

Most insurance companies will cover all the add on jobs they just want to what you do and the  % of each job  ours covers window cleaning , pressure washing , softwashing, gutter vac, upvc , and commercial building cleaning .

We only use ladders for  access on odd occasions but yes they are on the policy with a height restriction
