Ubik is a liquid you spray on.....Vistal and Unger Rub Out or more of a paste you put on a scrub pad and work into plastic  by hand.
Impossible done straight away, miracles can take a little longer.

Most pvc jobs I just use hot pure but on really dirty jobs I use virosol in a backpack

Pre spray a section then plug into hot pure and scrub and rinse

I've got one tomorrow to do but I'll just use hot water as its not absolutely minging!😂👍

I wet the pvc then spray hypo on it. Go back after 5mins and scrub with brush and then rinse. After many years trying different applications I found this the best and quickest.
