Getting fly spots that aren't coming off lately. Have had to go up the ladder to remove a couple of times.

Like you said cumbersome and adds weight. If there's anything stuck to the glass I scrub it with the side of the brush head. If it doesn't come off it stays there although that rarely happens. I wouldn't be getting the ladders out unless they are paying you for your extra time.

I have one of these poles in the van and I used it yesterday on a mark that wouldn't come off. Then I was told someone hit the glass with a stone so it will be there till the glass unit gets replaced.

Just be careful with some of these methods you're not scratching the windows.   It's going to come back and bite you one day

I use them and it works on most stuff that the brush wont shift. Not much weight in them either.

Pain in the a$$ for getting through railings on balconies etc though with one of them on.

We need something that fits on the end of the brush. I zip tied a few pieces of scrub pad and it was great but didn't last long. If anyone could come up with a small attachment that fits on end of brush then they should sell well.

Didn't find mine much good as its too big a surface area and isn't effective because of that.
The super scraper is about the best for concentrated areas, doesn't cover larger areas we'll though...always a compromise hey
