Pump not working
« on: March 31, 2024, 08:53:22 am »
Hi All,
Been installing an upgrade to a two man system over Easter.
Old controller and pump working fine.
New V16 controller showing DE, dead end.
New Shurflo pump has water to the pre filter and have poured pure down the outlet hose, got a few air bubbles.
Have checked the correct wiring of the pump but it’s silent and not pumping, naughty pump!
Any ideas?
Thanks.

Unplug the connector going to the hosereel and turn the water flow right up, that’ll get rid of any air locks.

Chances are though, you need to recalibrate the controller.
Unwind a load of hose and connect your pole (leave any taps open)
Switch the pump on.
Press and hold the up and enter buttons at the same time, until “cal” shows up.
Turn the calibrations figure up a bit (or until you start getting flow)
Press enter.

There is a way to ‘auto cal’ but get the water going first.
Why don't you have a quick google before making stupid comments?

Don Kee you are a star mate, thanks very much. Recalibrating worked a treat.
All up and running fine now.
Made my Easter, thanks.
