Morning all, I have a customer window cleaning customer of mine who had there front room carpet cleaned yesterday and now have a small hump running down the center any ideas how this has happened? The person who cleaned the carpet is now ignoring her calls, I do a bit of carpet cleaning now and then and she has asked me if there is anything I can do to rectify his mistake any help would be appreciated
