:) That link is fine  ;)

As for the pole, did you notice that it is not fitted with quick relase brackets and you would need a spanner etc... to undo each time.

Although the pole is a good one and posted at a great price I would personally get really frustrated having to use this type of bracket.

Keep posting and keep linking  ;)

i think its made by wellmac they used to or still use clamps like that ,  its nine foot sections hard to assemble and adjust  but its light and cheap . you can allways cut down  to about 24 and purchase some excell clamps to make adjusting easier

Yes trev I did notice the clamp situation. But you don't need a spanner to adjust the clamps!!!! Surely you can just hand tighten them? Its not a bolt? Just looks like a butterfly clip? Maybe I'm wrong? (as usual)

Hi guys,

This is my pole, it is released by jubilee clip which works fine if you have a good grip to tighten them. If not you can take off the turn key to reveal the slot for a screwdriver or the bolt head.

It is a bit faffy at times but it got me started until I could splash out on a £1400 ionic.

With regard to the 9ft sections, I always open it on the ground and lift into position from one end, it is so light you can do this and don't have to walk it up like the 60ft ionic.

I hope this helps a little.

Kind regards,

Nigel
