Pump filter replacement

I need to replace this pump filter that seems to be clogged up, just wondered how to remove it.
Sorry if this seems obvious 🤣

Just untwist it. Righty tighy Lucy lefty. Wash out and put back on

Just didn't want to break anything so it wouldn't go back in.
So it doesn't screw in, (it can't do because the tank would stop it turning) I just turn from side to side and slide it out, is that it?

Picture is crap but just unscrew the glass bowl & clean the gauze. Should then be as good as new.
