Please can you help me do I chharge VA on an invoice and do you know where i can get a good template from
Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated

Hi you only charge VAT if you are Vat registered.
You can also download invoice masters from the Microsoft website.

Hi Sue,
On your computer click on the start button, then up the top you will find new office documents, look in there you should find a template for invoices.

Thanks ever so much I have re-invoiced the company as the VAT was included and they were fine about it

Just remember if you have invoiced the company as "vat included" you will be advised to register, you do not have to reach the threshold to register for vat, you can voluntary register (helpful i suppose if you buy lots of stock etc and some do!) seek advise from your accountant, and if you haven't got one yet then get one like yesterday!
