While your on your Christmas holidays lads don't forget your tax bills end of next month happy Christmas
Just stood on the scales for the 1at time since Xmas eve morning and I'll be lugging about with an extra 10lbs come the new year . (and there's still plenty of indulgence left to do before getting back on the glass).

Christmas and indulgence go hand in hand, i'll deal with it in New Year but have to say even i was surprised at how much i put on. I found giving up smoking a walk in the park compared to behaving on the diet front. If previous years are anything to go by, it settles down after a couple of weeks back at work, but that 1st weeks going to be a bit sluggish.

I eat too much over Xmas but I always keep a bit of exercise going(walking the dog, drumming, etc every day) during the holidays..I'm helping the missus decorate the downstairs toilet tomorrow and Thursday so I'm on a promise Thursday night! I usually manage a few gym sessions too but I'm sacking it off til January...
