Calcium build up
« on: July 08, 2021, 10:37:25 pm »
At a house today where the overflow has been leaking for about a year.
Brickwork has gone white from the calcium build up.
Any of you guys come across this and what did you use to get ride of it?
Thanks..

Depending on how think it is will depend on how successful you will be and of course how much time it will take

My best results are using a very strong brick acid cleaner - 150 degree stream and p/w

You can use effervescence remover or neat white vinegar

can come off in 30 mins or may take hours - experience in cleaning this helps to access how long it will take

Darran

Never argue with an idiot, they will only bring you down to their level, and beat you with experience
