of course you canthe risk is flattening your van battery and being broken-down miles from home/anywhereSmudger. I have a intelegent key. So would. I. Just leave engine on while Iam working and keep key. On me. So van can't be moved. Darran
Leaving the engine running whilst working is illegal and would invalidate your insurance should anything happen , it wouldn’t cost to much to add a battery and split charger but you will need to do a fair few miles to keep the battery charged up well

Can I do this or do I have to have a split charge relay. I mean remove the leisure battery in the back and just wire pump controller and reel all to van battery
