Don't worry about the ebay 'contract'
It doesn't mean a thing.
I have been trading on ebay for the last 12 or so months where i had an art store, i've packed it in now but i've got 100% positive feedback on 1577 transactions and believe me, i've dealt with every idiot going.
Bidding on ebay doesn't mean a thing, only if you actually want the item.
