Every vehicle, every day!

You need to know what your overheads are for your days work. I cost out at 23p per mile. This allows for vehicle wear and tear and depreciation and fuel.

There is no point earning money when you don't know what your spending back out. Also it will help you to understand your overheads per vehicle. Wages, equipment, running costs etc...

Its something the Inland Revenue need to see so business mileage should be recorded in some form every day

as well

not only keep track of your miles but break down all costing mot,car tax, running costs, wipers etc

use last years figures as a guide then add them all up and break it down to per day thats your daily vehicle cost done.

same for systems,squeegee's,poles etc
