I doubt very much that this controller has the calibration function.
It could just be a simple speed controller (PWM) which slows the motor down and relies on the pump's pressure switch to regulate the pressure.

As far as I'm aware, Spring controllers (rebadged for different suppliers) as the only controllers that have a calibration feature.

What does the menu bring up?

Can we have a link of where you purchased it from please.

I've just done a search on Ebay

This is a very basic motor speed controller and won't have a calibration facility at that price.

These are what you need to be looking at with a van mount. Sorry.

You have to be careful when buying wfp equipment. Much of what sellers sell on Ebay isn't suitable for our business despite what they claim.

Hold in both up and down buttons together for approx 4 seconds and see what happens. If anything happens come back a say what. You may be able to enter the pressure value menu this way, if the unit is capable.

My controller is similar to yours (though it is not digital). It is 15 years old and still working.

It relies on the pump pressure switch to dead end the pump. If the pump does not dead end shortly after turning off your flow you just need to adjust the pressure switch on the pump (should be a screw at the base of the pump for adjustment).

Just to add, I do not use a wireless relay, I turn off water with a hand held tap on my pole hose.

Thanks pal, for £4 it was a quick fix, i couldnt fathom out how i could do a good job on the valve on my pole especialy where i hold it, the valves are £30 to buy and i will not fork out that money at the minute, be interested to see your setup pal, knowledge is power and all that  :)

It sells for £12 some change. The enclosure it comes in must cost at least half that.  :) It won't be fancy.

If the controller doesn't have a calibration adjustment then you can (if needed) adjust the pressure switch setting manually via the grub screw with an allen key.

A flow control valve for your pole hose is £9.50+ VAT from Gardiners (you would also need to use a stem to barb fitting on the pole hose in to the valve).

My pump controller is a different make from yours (company no longer trading) but it is a "pwm" controller like yours.
